This space is available for rental for Boutique Events including but not limited to:
* Corporate Trainings
* Wedding and Baby Showers
* Small Parties
* Family Gatherings
* Bride and Groom Suites
Limits: Gatherings of 35 guests or less  

As well as  in conjunction to weddings being held on the property and as a Short-Terms Rental Bed and Breakfast.
