The Kuempel Haus was built in 1904 by George Kuempel, Sr. This beautifully restored Victorian home sits on 22 acres just four miles east of Pflugerville. Honored with a Texas State Historical Marker and the 100-Year Land Heritage Farm Award, the Kuempel Haus remains a cherished family home — and a one-of-a-kind setting for your celebration.

Not every gathering needs a grand event. To make our historic property more accessible, we've created a Boutique Package alongside our full-service options for Krueger Hall. Packages range from $500 to $5,000 — soft-opening pricing valid through December 31st.

4 Hour Rental (including set-up & tear down)

The Kuempel Haus Boutique Package — $600​

  • Access to the first floor (Dining Room, Living Room, Entry Hall, Study, 2 Restrooms, Indoor Porch, Kitchen)

  • Maximum 35 guests

  • Gravel parking for 40 vehicles

  • Set-up service (tables & chairs)

  • Guest Wi-Fi access

  • Front porch & back deck areas

  • Signage (welcome, chalkboard, inspirational)

  • 1 rectangular table (6 ft) & 3 card tables

  • House furniture, plus 10 Chivari Crossback chairs

4 Hour Rental (including set-up & tear down)

Krueger Hall Boutique Package — $500​

  • 30' x 30' hall, 900 sq. ft.

  • 15' x 20' reception area, 300 sq. ft 

  • Maximum occupancy of 40 guests

  • Gravel parking for 40 vehicles, plus overflow

  • Set-up service (tables & chairs)

  • Guest Wi-Fi access

  • Front porch & back deck areas

  • 5 round tables (5 ft) & 2 rectangular tables (6 ft)

  • 40 Chivari Crossback chairs

Community Package

We at The Kuempel Haus believe that being stewards of this property means sharing it with the community. Because of this, we have created an hourly rate for people to use the space for meetings, classes, and for small gatherings.

Clients hosting more than 70 guests will need to rent additional resources. These packages will be custom made depending on the event.

We maintain an open vendor policy and are happy to coordinate preferred vendors for you — if you don't see what you need, just ask.
